Good Afternoon CFTP!

Dexabody Scan Winners

I was hoping to announce the Quarter 3 winners today but alas, I am still waiting on Dexabody to send over the results. As soon as I get them, I will announce the winners.
One thing is for sure, from what I was hearing from all of you, you all killed it! Excited to celebrate all of your hard work!

Apparel Order Update

For those of you who purchased apparel on this last preorder. They are in process and I hope to get them to you by the end of the month. Some will be done prior to that if they are ones that I do myself. Others will need to wait till I get them back from the printers.

Sunday Thoughts

I want to express my gratitude for being part of our incredible fitness community. Your dedication and hard work at the gym do not go unnoticed, and I am inspired every day by the commitment you show towards your health and well-being.

Remember, the journey to a healthier lifestyle is not always easy, but it is undeniably worth it. Each workout, every drop of sweat, and all the small victories along the way contribute to your overall progress. Whether you've been at this for a while or just starting out, your efforts are making a difference.

I encourage you to set realistic goals and celebrate every achievement, no matter how small. Progress may be slow at times, but consistency is the key. Embrace the process, and let every workout be a step closer to the healthier, stronger version of yourself.

In the face of challenges, remind yourself of the reasons you started this journey. Whether it's to improve your fitness, boost your energy levels, or simply enhance your overall well-being, know that you are investing in the most important asset: your health.

Our gym is not just a place to work out; it's a community that supports and motivates each other. Lean on your fellow members for inspiration, share your successes, and lift each other up during setbacks. Together, we can achieve more than we ever could individually.

My goal is to help you in your journey and make it fun. The more enjoyable we can make the torture we put our bodies through in order to keep healthy, the more likely we are to stick to it. That's why we need the gym community that we have at The Point. You all are the best thing about the gym and I know for a fact that your consistency and kindness towards your fellow gym members have helped and continue to help them stay motivated and healthy.
