Good Afternoon!

This week's Programming

The week has come! We are ending this latest Olympic Lifting Strength Cycle with some maxes! MAX WEEK!!! We will be doing our max Snatch, Clean, Snatch Balance, and Split Jerk. Excited to see how you all do!

Starting the week of June 5th, we will be starting a new cycle. We are calling this cycle "Lift-Off"

**Cycle Overview (LIFT-OFF):**
In this new cycle, we are switching our focus to heavier Front Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, and some weighted gymnastic movements that will give us the best of both worlds. We will focus on gaining strength and muscle endurance in our drive and pull. Don't worry, some Olympic lifting will be mixed into the regular workouts to sustain movement and consistency.

This cycle will be an 8 week cycle and will take us through July.


Final week of Murph Prep is tomorrow! Next week we will be having our Memorial Day Clean Simple Eats Pancakes and Murph! I am so excited and hope you all are as well. Times will be 7 and 9 AM. Everyone is welcome so come and invite your friends for a workout (or not) and pancakes and bacon and CSE Orange Julius drinks!

I want to thank you all for being so great with new people who walk through our doors. It makes a world of difference when someone brand new comes in and is greeted by more than just the coach. Really sets the precedence that we are a friendly gym and while this is going to be tough, we are here to help you through it all.
