Couple of things I would like to mention about our Tuesday and Thursday Spartan WODs. First off, starting this week, you will notice that I have made it a 3-level workout. Beast, Super, Sprint. This will mimic what Spartan Races have in their events. Basically Beast is the hardest and the longest and sprint is the shortest.
I love that many of you are enjoying these workouts but a word of caution. I have heard many who have begun doing these complaining of more than usual soreness and tightness. When adding one or two longer workouts like these into your weekly routine, be sure to ease yourself in. If you are just getting back to running and looking to do some of these, maybe look at starting with the Sprint and moving up as you feel your body has become accustomed to the extra volume.
Also, be sure to be courteous to the class. If you are doing the longer workout, there is a good chance you will have times where the music will be low or off and the coach will need quiet to instruct.

We are starting a Teen Strength, Speed and Agility program. It starts June 5th and runs 3 days a week!
You can sign your teen up for 3 classes a week, 2 classes a week or you can buy them a punch pass to come sporadically! Here are your link options! I am super excited to start this long overdue program!
