I hope everyone is enjoying their halloween and getting ready to work that sugar off this week!
Couple of notes from the first week Lockdown. First of all, I know there was some confusion on standards and I'll be sure to be clearer over the next two weeks so that doesn't happen again. I think the differences this past week were negligible but I'll do better to get the expected standards out along with the announcement.
- I will get standings up before the Wednesday night week 2 WOD announcement.
- I will order shirts as quickly as possible but I doubt we get them before the Friday Night Lights.
- Friday Night Lights is the final Friday... I would love to have everyone come out and hang out. Even if you are not competing this year, I would love to get everyone together. It's been too long! Here is the Facebook event link.
Quarter 3 Dexabody Results
I know the few of you who competed are excited to get results back. They finally got back to me and said that they may have lost some data... If this is indeed the case, I'll be hitting you all up individually to have you send me a picture of your results and we'll do it this way. I'll let you all know tomorrow.
Letter from the Arnoldus' Family
I firstly want to give my thanks to all of you for not only your generous donations but also being there to support our fellow gym family members. It warms my heart to see you all willingly give of your time and your money to help others when they are in need. They asked me to share their thoughts:
Our CFTP family,
Where do I start? Words right now are difficult to put together. I suppose it’s just best to simply start by saying “thank you!” When Cammie and I started our fitness journey 7-ish years ago with Dan and fam we never imagined how significant our lives would be forever changed. Along with our fitness we’ve made life long relationships with so many it’s staggering to actually think about.
I’ve been witness to you all stepping up when a fellow member or members have have needed support. The response is always incredible and heart warming to see. My family has been on the receiving end of all that love and generosity twice now in the past few short years. First with the passing of my sister Jennie and again with the passing of our son Tyler. I have no perfect word or words to describe how impactful you all have been to our family. Dinners, messages, cards and everything else has lifted the burden even for just a minute so we could all catch our breath and take even the smallest step forward.
From the bottom of our broken but still beating hearts THANK YOU. Your love and kindness are so appreciated and welcoming in this difficult time for us. We are broken but not beaten because we have you all on our side.
All our love,
The Arnoldus/Dalpiaz clan
Steve, Cammie, Tyler, Logan, Mason and Alaina
Thank you all again for your support and for being ready and willing to help when it is asked of you.
