We had 5 of our athletes compete over the weekend and I want to congratulate them on an awesome weekend of competing. We'll start with Girls Gone Rx up at CrossFit SLC.
Ladies From The Point
These ladies represented in a big way up at the Girls Gone Rx competition. Raking in a second place finish in the BAM Division! Congratulations Derra, Leslie and Jessica!
I've only heard snippets of your performances but it sounds like you all killed it! Way to represent! Can't wait to see more pictures and videos of your competition and hear more about it this week!
Gainsgiving
Coaches Ashley and Jared Vogl competed for the second year in a row at the Gainsgiving competition.
They, as always did us proud. And this year Coach Ashley found herself atop the Podium!
Congratulations! I love seeing our athletes go out and compete and do our gym family proud!

Programming
This week we get to do two Level Method assessments, Weightlifting and Front Squat. We also get to test our 1-rep back squat this week. So be sure to get in so you can test and see how this latest strength program has improved.
I hope you all are seeing the improvement over this past 6 months. It has been super fun to watch you progress as a coach. Keep it up and don't let the holiday season knock you off your routine!
