Monthly LM Testing and New Cycle Testing
We are getting crazy this week! We will be not only testing some of what we have worked on over this past month in some Level Method Assessments but also doing a Strict Press, Back Squat and Deadlift max to prepare ourselves for our upcoming 5-3-1 Strength Cycle.

With this competition, all Friday Night Classes and Saturday classes will be canceled and all off hour access will halt until after the competition.
Holiday Season
I have been doing this for 12 years and it's typically a very tough time for people to stay consistent. I see many "take the holidays off" just to allow that little break to extend well into February and beyond. Don't fall into this trap. You all have worked hard and while I definitely want you to enjoy this holiday season, I don't want you to undo too much of the hard work you have put in over the past year.
