What a week! So much testing and how bout those sprints? Bet you didn't know some of those sore muscles existed!
This Week's Programming
We are off with our next 8-week Strength Cycle. This cycle will be Front Squats, Deadlifts, Box Jumps, Chin-ups and Bench Presses. This is the first official week with last week having been our test week. If you didn't get your maxes in last week, be sure that you have a recent max you can utilize for the upcoming percentages.
Last week was our first week of our Teen program! As a reminder, we run these classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7 PM and Fridays at 3 PM. If you have a teen that is looking to get an extra edge this summer, send them in to give it a try. Also, we are working to keep this an ongoing thing and I would love to see some of our kids start to compete locally and in the open. So if you think your kid has what it takes, we will do everything we can to build their confidence and teach them properly.
CrossFit Kids Camp

Salute The Point Special
Our yearly Salute The Point special does not begin officially until the month of July BUT, if you have peeps who are getting a little antsy to join, I will allow them to slip in early this month. Remember, the special is $199/first 3 months. This is a savings of over $250... Shhhh. ;)
